If you would like to discuss anything before booking a session. Contact me to arrange a callback.
To get the most from your session, it’s usually better not to drink coffee just before an appointment, or alcohol within a few hours afterwards. Try not to eat a big meal just before treatment, you will be laying down and indigestion can occur.
Cancellations & terms of business
Please be aware as I am an independent therapist and have other client bookings to consider I practice a 48hr cancellation policy. Any cancellations (or no shows) within 48hrs of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full. If you need to reschedule for any reason please let me know in as much advance as possible and I will try to accommodate. Likewise, if I need to cancel (due to an emergency) I will offer you a replacement session.
Discounted block bookings, treatment plans, or prepaid treatments are payable on or before the first session to qualify for any discount. Once paid these are non-refundable and must be used within 6 months. If you decide to stop treatment before this time I do allow sessions to be transferred to someone else. If the time has passed unfortunately they become invalid.
